Office Policies
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Tuesday - Friday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am - 8:00pm (Dr. available by appointment only)
Saturday: 9:00am - 4:30pm
Consultations
When booking a consultation, Gia Laser Aesthetic Center requires a credit card to reserve your appointment time. We require a 48-hour cancellation notice to avoid a "no show" fee. For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. During your consultation, please be prepared to discuss some concerns and questions regarding your personal skin care and medical conditions.
Consultations with Dr. Kronson are $200. This will be applied to any package purchased. Dr. Kronson consults with clients being treated for leg veins, BOTOX®, dermal fillers, and LipoLite®. Consultations with the aesthetic staff are $50 and will be applied to any package or treatment purchased as well.
Appointments
At the time of booking, a credit card number is required to secure your reservation since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation. Payment will not be processed until checkout. All prices are subject to change without notice.
New clients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete a client history profile. Late arrivals may shorten the time of your treatment accordingly thus lessening its effectiveness and your experience. We encourage each client to arrive promptly to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment.
Cancellations without 48-hour notice and no show appointments are charged at full value.
Payment
Cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and Care Credit are accepted.
Gift certificates may be used toward any service, product, or aesthetic package offered in the studio; however, they are not redeemable for cash.
A service fee of $25 will apply to any returned checks.
On Your Visit
Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the studio guest. Lockers are provided.
For the health and safety of our clients and staff, smoking is not permitted in our facility.
We love children…however, so we may provide a safe and comfortable spa experience to all of our guests, children are not allowed in the medical spa. Children under the age of 18 receiving services are to be accompanied by an adult.
At the request of our guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phones and refrain from use while in the studio.
